A great time fishing can be had with the correct preparation:
1 - An Illinois Department of Natural Resources Fishing License and correct stamps.
Every person in the charter group must have a purchased a Fishing License and Salmon Stamp before the fishing trip, no exceptions.
Click on the logo for more info from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
Please contact us with any questions BEFORE the trip.
2 - Empty Cooler and Ice
To take home what you catch!
3 - Camera
To take all those cool pictures you can post on Facebook!
4 - Sun Block, Polarized Sunglasses, Hat
5 - Soft Sole Comfortable Shoes
You get better traction on the boat with them.
6 - Jackets and Foul Weather Gear
Dress for the weather. Keep in mind that warm weather on land does not always mean the same on the water. Layers are good. Also, the weather can change quickly on Lake Michigan.
7 - Food and Beverages
Bring what you like to eat and drink. My only requirement is that beverages are in cans or plastic - No Glass. Beer is ok but remember to bring and drink plenty of water.
No Drugs and No Drunks!
We need to stay safe on the lake. This is no place for Drugs or Drunks.
